The Project Maven Bootcamp is a 6 to 8 week, fully transformational program that prepares you to launch or level up a career in project management. Choose the track that fits where you are: the CAPM track for those breaking in, or the PMP track for experienced professionals ready for the senior credential. It blends core project management theory, real-world practice, and dedicated career support so graduates leave job-ready and on a clear path to certification.

Core Program Details
This 6 to 8 week transformational program blends core project management theory, AI-powered tools, real-world practice, and dedicated career support to prepare you for Project Manager roles. You’ll master PM principles, team leadership, and project delivery across both predictive and Agile approaches, while learning how to use AI to plan faster, automate routine work, and make smarter decisions.
Through hands-on simulations and a capstone project, you’ll build the confidence and experience needed to lead projects effectively. You’ll also earn the contact hours required to qualify for your certification (23 for CAPM, 35 for PMP), with full exam-prep training included. The program rounds out with resume support and interview preparation to help you land the role.
01 - In Depth Project Management Training
Learn the theory and practical skills you need to lead projects with confidence. You’ll cover core PM principles, team leadership, and project delivery across both predictive (Waterfall) and Agile/Scrum approaches, then apply it all through hands-on simulations and a capstone project.
02 - Certifications
CAPM Track (breaking in): Earn the 23+ contact hours required to qualify for the CAPM®, PMI’s globally recognized entry-level credential. Full exam-prep training and practice exams included. No prior experience required.
PMP Track (experienced professionals): Earn the 35 contact hours of project management education required to apply for the PMP®, PMI’s senior-level credential, plus full exam prep. Note: the PMP also requires documented project experience (PMI currently requires 36 months leading projects with a bachelor’s degree). We confirm your eligibility and map your track on your clarity call.
03 - Mentorship
We mentor you throughout the duration of the program on the course content, the role of a project manager, and how to thrive in a competitive market.
04 - Resume & Interview Prep
We will issue you an effective resume that lands interviews and also prepare you in-depth on how to successfully pass an interview
05- AI Tools & Adoption
Learn how modern project managers use AI to plan faster, automate routine work, and make smarter decisions. You’ll get hands-on with AI assistants and automation tools (including Make.com) and learn how to bring AI into your workflow to deliver more value to any organization.
