Payment information: when you purchase a course or service, payment details are collected by our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers; we receive only a transaction ID, last four digits, and authorization status.

Account information: login credentials, course progress, and content you submit during training (assignments, profile drafts, recorded coaching sessions where applicable).

Communications: emails, support tickets, chat messages, and survey responses you send to us.

Marketing preferences: your newsletter subscription status and consent choices.

Payment transaction records: at least seven (7) years to comply with U.S. tax and financial recordkeeping rules.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

IT Industry Tools is based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. and other countries where our vendors operate.
